Le lit super dure et les bruit qui ne s'arrête pas toute la journée passant a travers les fenêtre et même les portes a rendu se séjour épouvantable, il étais très dure de s'endormir et encore plus de faire quoi que se soit de reposant avec cet ambiance bruyante, heureusement que le personnel et très accueillant et gentil et que les lieux étaient propre , mais les toilettes qui ne sentaient pas bon et la chasse qui se t'irais difficilement n'a pas aidé a rendre le séjour agréable.
Ne parlons pas de la douche qui ne s'écoule pas laissant le sol tout le temps trempé.

Esta bien hubicado. Para andar de Dia. De noche no es para nada recomendable está tranquilo pero falla la luminaria del pasillo y hay cucarachas. El personal super amable! Las camas cómodas el elevador funciona de maravilla y las recepcionistas super amables y atentas

Estuve hace una semana en Medellín. 1) El hotel está en una zona difícil para los turistas al salir por las noches presenciamos 3 robos y hay mucha gente pidiendo dinero afuera. 2) no hay aire ac solo un ventilador con mucho ruido y sucio 3) no hay sabana sólo una cobija que no alcanza para dos personas y no te dan otra a pesar que la solicites 4) la regadera es solo un tubo que salpica el agua 5) ruido y olor a comida desde el exterior en exceso. 6) ESTÁ INFESTADO DE CUCARACHAS. Tuve que dejar el hotel para ir a otro a pesar de tener la semana pagada. Salen de todos lados por la noche. Fue insoportable.
