Front desk is nice and friendly, they share a bunch info like food and travel
Hotel is clean, and bed is comfort
It's a well managed hotel, maybe too many people in one room, but each has curtains so you will get privacy
And enough bathrooms(total around 15) even some nor have hot water
It will be better if they have hair dryer and shared umbrella but that not impact the good side
Location is definitely a shining point, safe and close the bar area

Lovely place to meet people. Really friendly staff and the volunteers also. Comfortable beds and communal areas. Laundry service is really good and affordable as well as the breakfast. Loved my time here and would definitely come back!!!

This hostel has a great location and friendly staff. I originally planned to stay a few more days, but I got bitten by some unknown bugs and ended up covered in itchy bites. I’ve been traveling for three months and have never experienced anything like this. The next day, I had to go to a pharmacy to buy medicine because my whole body was unbearably itchy. Hate leaving bed reviews, but this is what happened to me, the hostel should do some cleaning check!

The baku laurelles hostel has good beds en the people who work here are very nice, i would always recommend this hostel! We arrived early in the morning at 6 am bit this was no problem since there is someone at the reception 24 hours a day, 7 days in a week.

This hostel is located in a super cool authentic neighborhood in Medellin and will for sure make you ask for "una noche mas porfa" multiple times. Baku has the nicest and most helpful staff, who really had a huge positive impact on my trip. The hostel also attracts backpackers that are looking to get more out of Medellin than just a crazy party weekend in Provenza. I can really recommend staying here, the staff has made huge improvements to the super chill premises over the last 6 months and take feedback extremely serious (I stayed here 3 times since the beginning of the year, for at least one week every time). Gracias por todo :) I will be back!!

I had an incredible stay at this hostel in Laureles. The location was perfect—close to all the tourist spots yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff were absolutely fantastic.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lockers in the room are NOT safe!!! We had over $100 in cash stolen. You can easily get into the lockers by lifting up the mattress. After days of waiting for them to check the cameras they stopped answering. We didn’t feel safe. We also suspect that the person who stole the money might have known about these “lockers” (we were only 3 travelers). We strongly suggest not leaving any valuables in the room. The staff seemed to loose interest & are unwilling to cooperate in solving this matter. They told us that never something similar happened. On hostelworld we saw another review telling about stolen cash!!! It seems like someone of the staff does this!
