This hotel has excellent staff! Diana at the front desk ensures you are taken care of and the fact that she speaks English made things alot easier. She assisted with my reservation and always responded quickly to any concerns. The ladies in housekeeping and food service also go above and beyond, especially, Gloria. The rooms were always nice and fresh. The complimentary breakfast was great as they provided whatever you requested even though it is not a restaurant. The staff basically assisted with anything that was possible and always with a smile. Thank you, Diana and Gloria, you made our stay awesome! Carol 🇨🇦 and Martin 🇨🇴

Extraordinary, we loved it. It could even be more expensive. We ate everywhere in Medellin and Foresta's breakfast was the best we could have. The staff is excellent and the facilities are always clean, plus: first class service.

Buen servicio, buena ubicación, buen desayuno. Buena ubicación excepto que no se puede ir caminando a lugares comerciales. Unica queja es el sonido del transporte en las calles. Se escucha mucho en las habitaciones. Buena limpieza y una vista muy ecológica.
