They definitely damaged their service completely!!! We have been visiting the hotel for some years now. Last year a room for 2 people with air conditioning and jacuzzi cost $90,000 COP and this year we went and now it costs $217,000 COP for just one night, a price that they would charge you in places like Poblado or Laureles, not downtown. The rooms are increasingly sagging, our door doesn't even close properly, the check-in is eternal and the check-out is worse, the receptionists are too slow, the blackouts are always bad, the jacuzzi works half-heartedly and the noises are exaggerated from very early on, and The terrible breakfast they gave us cold bread with stale cream cheese and cold scrambled eggs. What a terrible service from Gallery, since there is no entity that regulates these prices, it is incredible that they can raise prices more than double at free will, it is true that there is inflation, but it is not something to abuse in this way. We will file the complaint with the superintendence of industry and commerce that regulates this. Very bad customer service. I do not recommend it, and if you complain, their response is: “we manage those prices for this year and that is our service” instead of improving, the customer is to blame. APPALLING!!! APPALLING!!! Don't stay here even by accident. For that price they can stay in better hotels and in better locations, in hotels that really provide excellent service.

It does not offer insulation for both street and internal noise. In the early morning I would wake up to the sound of doors and conversations at the front desk. Very normal rooms, lighting quite poor. There was no cable TV. The only redeeming feature was the terrace restaurant, very good food at reasonable prices. If it weren't for the terrace, my rating would have been bad. It must improve many things. I don't think it will be an option on my next trip to Medellín.
