An ideal place for the family. The house was roomy and we had three shower rooms and a garden opening onto water. There is a swimming pool, a small football area, bike hire and a cafe - not amazing food but reasonable. Medemblik is a nice small town with outside cafes and an interesting bakery museum. We stayed here in 2018 and were glad we returned.

We have stayed at this property on many occasions and have always been happy . We stayed there in May 2022 and was very disappointed. We hired a safety gate and highchair. There was no safety gate on arrival the highchair had no safety reigns and was dirty. I reported both to reception. Was told the highchair did not need reigns. Someone came to fit the safety gate which kept moving for the rest of the week. Niether was fit for purpose. The standard of cleanliness was appalling we had to clean surfaces. Bedding was ripped. A window would not close Ants got in to a lot of our food. I have emailed euro parcs on 2 occasions and have received no reply. We will not be staying there again.

Huisje an sich was opzich prima (204). Ware het niet dat we overal nog hondenharen vonden. In de waterkoker, op de borden en in de glazen. Wij hebben dus eerst alles maar opnieuw door de vaatwasser gehaald. Daarnaast werd de jacuzzi de eerste avond niet warm, de receptie gaf aan dat dit normaal was en aangegeven zou zijn maar wij konden het nergens vinden, aangezien wij maar 2 nachten bleven hadden we iets anders geboekt als dat bekend was geweest. Ze mailen de eerste dag of er dingen spelen maar daar komen ze zelf niet meer op terug. Receptie heeft ons extra vaatwastabletten gegeven.

Geen goeie klantenservice en niet vriendelijk. Helaas. Ik wilde mensen hierover toch informatie geven dus bij deze. Het is belangrijk dat als er klachten zijn dat deze adequaat worden opgelost, dat is helaas niet gebeurd. Hierbij geef ik dat door.

We hadden een huisje gehuurd met een sauna. Toen bleek dat de sauna het niet deed, kregen we meteen een upgrade met een sauna. De mensen waren heel behulpzaam en we konden binnen een 2 uurtjes ons nieuwe huisje in. Daarnaast had ik ook een taart laten bezorgen die zij naar het huisje kwamen brengen.

Het vakantiepark is op een mooie locatie vlakbij het IJsselmeer gelegen. Dijk oversteken en je zit aan het water. Park beschikt over verschillende faciliteiten, je kunt hier een bootje huren en er is een klein binnenzwembad met glijbaan. Dit is allemaal prima in orde. Huisjes daarentegen zijn wat minder in orde. Ons huisje was ruim van opzet, we hadden een restyled 6 persoons huisje. Alleen qua onderhoud is het vergane glorie. Veel vies en kapot, ramen zijn volgens mij al jaren niet meer gewassen. Jammer, want de basis is goed.

Wir haben ein Haus Nr. 66 von Privatpersonen gemietet (nicht Eurparks) und es war toll!!! Alles wichtige vorhanden. Kleines Motorboot, ein Fahrrad, Tennisschläger…. Das Haus ist vollkommen zweckmäßig eingerichtet - mit Waschmaschine und Trockner! Die Lage am Wasser ist genial. Jederzeit kann man den Blick genießen oder mit Boot oder SUP losfahren. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Restaurants und des Ausgangs zum Strand sowie der Sportanlagen - super!!!
