3-Star Hotels in Medford

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaints were the tv - the sound was tinny and annoying and the noisy, obnoxious light in the bathroom. Hint - use the timed heat lamp and avoid the buzz. Extra compliments to our server, Jessica, at The Grill restaurant, who went out of her way to make our dining experiences special.

Because Trip Advisor recommend as #1 best value in Medford and because their website said “pet friendly” I reserved. At check-in found out that they wanted $85 extra for a pet fee for our 10 hour stay (only $105 for my wife and me - such a deal). Second surprise was that the elevator to our floor did not work, so we carried our bags using stairs. Third surprise was no internet. Last surprise was their version of the customary “free” breakfast was $16.95/person. To sum up, poor management, no empathy, incompetent staff, and we felt scammed. Won’t ever return, and have lost faith in Hilton and Trip Advisor.

The hotel is very good, similar to the Medford Hilton. I recommend this one more than the two, because there are more restaurants next to the hotel, and it is not far from costco, which is more convenient than that

Once in the room, it is a living room, it feels special! I can make a simple meal, cook instant noodles for my son, vegetables, prawns, ham, eggs, crab sticks, and eat a meal suitable for Chinese stomach! The hotel's free breakfast is not bad! I must live next time.

We had never stayed at My Place Hotel but will defiantly stay again, The employees (Will ) front desk clerk went over & beyond to make our stay relaxing, super clean & great price, very nice 5 stars ! Can’t wait to stay in another one, Thanks to the staff for the making pleasant 💜💜

We stop in Medford a lot on road trips. We have tried all the basic hotels. We’re Bonvoy people…and this is by far the nicest hotel to stay in on points. Bar/food area is spacious. Excellent breakfast and evening food options. A lot of road noise, but overall this hotel is better than other options thanks to restaurant and main hotel area. Staff is friendly!

There is only one sink in the bathroom, it is inconvenient for many people, no kitchen paper! It is inconvenient compared to Huanpeng! The room is clean and breakfast is OK, there is no good requirement for Oriental people!
