I got sexual harass with staff the room was filthy I did not leave room as I did not feel

We booked a double bed , No double bed
-No wifi in rooms
-No hot water
-No heating -
Lavatory sink dripping all night making it impossible to use hhe bathroom
-We had to use the shower tap -
Dirty and ripped towels
-dirty bed linen
-Very unpleasant staff
-No soap
-No shampoo -
Staff and guests Smoking in the lobby
A real window doesn’t shut properly so draught all night -catastrophy

First and foremost, I want to clarify that I was unable to stay here because I was denied entry into the country. Having traveled to nearly 100 countries, this is the first time I have ever encountered such a situation. I attempted to contact the property to cancel my booking, but no one answered my calls or responded to my messages. Despite this rare and exceptional circumstance, the payment was not refunded. The owner has shown no sympathy whatsoever. This review is solely about the service; I cannot comment on the cleanliness, location, or amenities.

Really dirty 😭 they post monsengaire photos on their site absolute distrust the blankets with rotten foot odors I slept because I could do nothing but wait for dawn Sitting with my clothes on and the cold summer optional never again

This hotel has great service and a convenient location. There are many snacks downstairs. It is very safe and there is a police station next to it. It is very cost-effective for backpackers.
