I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, it was a memorable experience. That being said, the price was on the higher end, which is something to consider for those on a budget. Check in a little rocky aa only one room booked on their system although we had booked 2 triples. Reception manager seemed helpless in identifying the issue, continuously insisting it was a trip.com issue. Eventually managed to arrange for a second (a couple of hours later). Overall hotel stay was good and pretty much uneventful. Some rooms have shower trays with no surround so you can imagine the unsurprising significantly wet floor after use. Cleaning staff attentive and a generally good feel with food places and other shopping areas close by. A 5-7 minute walk (if walking slowly) to Masjid Nabwi

Rubbish service dirty room basically rubbish hotel not good at all

Nice,clean hotel with all the basic amenities and spacious room.There are plenty of lifts and the service desk is helpful-they allowed me to check in free at 10:30am which really helped. The only negative about the hotel that it’s about 10mins walk to the prophet’s masjid but it’s great value for money as the hotels nearer the masjid will probably cost considerably more.
