The only positive about this hotel is its location directly opposite gate 301 of the Masjidun Nabewi. The staff are rude, refuse to clean rooms, no towels provided. We stayed for 5 days and every day the guy at reception tells us he will send towels, or tissues, or whatever we request. We never receive any, though. No kettle in the rooms to make coffee or tea. The rooms, especially the bathroom, are in serious need of upgrading. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is an old hotel that has been refurbished. The location is superb with 3 minutes walk to the Masjid nabvi. The Service could be great or ordinary depending who you get at the front office. The toilet was in a condition as it was falling apart. Some one with a keen eye and a little bit of touch up can do the trick.
