I booked a room with haram view, but they checked me in to the with city view, of course later they upgraded my room to the one I booked, but I think in this type of hotels this is one of the biggest mistakes. if exclude this, everything was good.

It is a bit pricy however it worth it, the hotel offers half board meal type, very close to al haram, very flexible and accepted our request for late check out free of charge

Verry nice, Mr. allanuidin and Mr. Noman. I Cameron with my famili and they tak care of famili alot. Tje view was Amazing (Haram view) thank to all the Oberoi team. We would love to comel back again insyaallah.

The hotel is just behind the ladies entrance to Prophet's Mosque. Convenient for my wife. Hotel has a calm ambience. I think the rooms are also soundproof. Quiet and very clean. We took full board. The food are delicious. A great variety buffet. The pastry is outstanding. The waiters are very attentive and friendly. The restaurant manager Mohamed Abdul Monem is ever so pleasant and helpful. This is my second visit and God willing will not be my last.
