Dooma Hotel

Pathetic staff. So rude and disrespectful. They don't even know how to deal with costumers. We reserved our room online but when we reached the room was already taken by someone else. They said we will change your room tomorrow we compromised.This lie was from the person here Fakar. They gave us room without internet and non-operational ac. Again we told them and they changed our room but not according to our recommendation. They told us they will change our room tomorrow which will be according to our requirements. We compromised. But the room they gave us was dirty. It was having cockroaches. And dirty bedsheets. They changed bedsheets after 4day. Today is the 5th day we are requesting them to change. When we request them they talk rudely and start misbehaving specially the person Shah. They took advance rent but no facility. At least they should care about people who are Haji. I'm never gonna vist them again. They tell they have free shutter service But the buses are dirty and smelly. The lifts are not working. Today, yesterday and day before yesterday people got stuck in lift but when we told them they were ok they said that's fine sometimes lift got stuck but after few minutes it will be open no worries. They don't have humanity. The person who was stuck was not with me but still I complained at 3:00 am for that person but this seemed ok for them. I would never recommend you this hotel. It's blindly waste of money. I would not even rate it 1 star hotel.
