I was given room on 3rd floor. Lift was not working. I had to go up through stairs. While checking out at 5:50 am to board my train, no one was available at reception to provide me copy of bill and assistance to bring my luggage from 3rd floor. I brought my luggage through stairs at my own being 63 years aged and requested chowkidar at gate to allow me to go out which he did.

It's average. Rooms are so smelly. And we have to ask for each and every small amenities like even toothpaste and brush was not there. Not recommended for more than 1day. If you don't have any other options then it's ok. But not good.

I had never experienced this type of bad hotels, room service was very bad, no body respont on intercom, breakfast was very less in option.

Deluxe room are fine, towels, tea coffee maker and other basic amenities were provided. Tv and ac was working with a limited access to channels. Food quality is great except for sambhar in the breakfast which was extra sour. Staff behaviour was also nice.

The room were old, lift was not working, the manager told it is getting replaced so you have to climb till 3 rd floor for your room.

It was literally a terrible smell of water clog smell of smoke is everywhere, front desk staff is too rude, and the water supply is an issue in the washroom.

The staff were very polite and generous, i give them that. Being an unmarried couple, did not receive (the usually expected) awkward eyes or weird behaviours from anyone. About the facilities and amenities, the elevator was not functioning, that was as we got the third floor. The room was clean, can’t complain, only the telephone was not working so had to call the reception every-time we needed to make an order or ask for anything. Overall good experience, considering the price - it was a decent stay. Also, the food was great.
