Magnificent stay at a truly wonderful hotel. The service in this boutique hotel is impeccable: from before check in to after check out, we were treated like royalty. Staff: The staff is a highlight: always courteous and happy to help. They are all fluent in English. Spa: great hot tub, pool, steam room, and sauna. Had a body scrub treatment and was thoroughly relaxed. Breakfast: plentiful, with decent vegan options such as soya yogurt, avocado toast, bread, cereals, and fruit. Location: 5 minute walk to the gondola. Hotel has ski room and concierge. Room: spacious, great linens, Clarins bath products. Overall, a superb stay. Will definitely return.

One of the best hotels in ski village I have ever visited. The location is perfect in town. The service is top level. The rooms are great. The concierge is fantastic, the booked all the restaurants and ski lessons and ski passes. I highly recommend it.

Exceptional Service. What every 5 star hotel should strive for from the moment you pull up. Marjorie, the Front Desk Manager, was extremely gracious in booking our hotel and welcoming us upon arrival. The doormen, including Adrienne, and the housekeeping staff anticipated and accommodated all requests pleasantly. The Hotel Manager was often seen greeting guests and assisting his staff which was refreshing and effective. We loved the location in town. The rooms are small as everyone has described. We were fortunate to have a junior suite that accommodated two people comfortably. The hotel staff (and the seafood/wine shop kitty korner from the hotel) were the definite highlights of Megeve for us.

The staff are so helpful and always have a smile on their face. They made our stay exceptional ! It was our second visit and we would definitely come back. The location of the hotel is excellent. The pool was wonderful for after skiing and I loved the waffles and crepes that were served apre ski.

Staff were wonderful and very wellcoming however rooms were too small and bed wasn’t comfortable also the toilet is too small
