An absolute gem of a boutique hotel… we loved the hotel and all the staff that worked there. Everyone was super kind and went out of their way to help. Would definitely return. Our room was exceptionally large for a ski hotel, and the decor was beautifully well thought out.

Zannier Hotel - Le Chalet is simply the best. The accommodation, the food and the location are all amazing but what makes this place so special are the people. Led by Emilie, the whole Le Chalet team are fabulous and all go that extra mile to make your stay a truly memorable experience. From the moment you arrive at the hotel everything is taken care of and you are immediately made to feel at home and part of the Le Chalet family. This was our second visit to Le Chalet and on this occasion we took the whole family so they could experience this gem of a hotel. The rooms are all exquisite and lovingly curated for a luxurious French Alpine feel and look. The snowy views over Mont Blanc are spectacular. The cosy restaurant and bar, with its roaring fire, are a very fitting end to a days skiing. We all slept so well and the mattresses were all so so comfortable. The 'Boot Room' team are all awesome and transfers to and from the slopes and into Megeve were seamless and efficient. All the restaurant bookings, on the slopes and in Megeve, were recommended and handled by Ilijana and the reception team. All in all, a fabulous place and a truly wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone at Le Chalet Zannier.

Le Chalet Zannier is a pearl in the amazing town of Megève. My stay at this magnificent Chalet was outstanding. The place is beautiful, the rooms are amazing and the service is over the top - reception, the great restaurant, the spa, housekeeping, the cleaning, the drivers. Everyone is there to help and make you happy. And you are. The food - breakfast and dinner - was truly excellent. The wine selection is awesome. So, wow. Definitely one of my my best holidays ever. To wake up in the morning at Le Chalet Zannier was magical. It’s a dream. One of those unique boutique places that you don’t want to leave, but if you really have to, you only think: when am I coming back? Merci beaucoup to everyone at Le Chalet. It has exceeded my high expectations and I am looking forward to coming again.

This was our second stay at Le Chalet Zannier and had high expectations following an incredible initial experience 5 years ago. But to say our expectations were exceeded would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, every aspect of our stay was extraordinary. And while I would like to base this review around the wonderous accommodation, amazing food, innovative cocktails and superb skiing, it's the people behind Le Chalet that make it so remarkable. Emilie, Marina, Ilijana, and Jordan have assembled a team of professionals who epitomize what personalized service is all about: They make you feel like a guest in their home not their guest in a hotel. We cannot wait to return to Le Chalet next year. We made the mistake of waiting 5 years between stays, we won't be making that mistake again.

Shameful and unworthy of a 5 star. Even a 3 star in fact. A room (#3) that looks like a bunker, with a mini window, at the end of a corridor that smells bad at 800€. At least 3 cobwebs in the room (photo to support). A ripped out socket. A fixed shower where you have to contort yourself to shower. Another room with cold water and then lukewarm water for 3 days. A breakfast with a ridiculously understocked buffet (3 mini croissants and 3 mini chocolate breads, and 6 slices of salmon...). 45 min to be served in all All the problems reported and from the start. Flat encephalogram. And the worst part is that some of the staff themselves admit that the management is not good and the hotel is not up to par at all compared to the others. Positive point for the Spa and the shuttles. That's not much for €6,000 for 2 nights and 2 rooms... And not a single apology, nor receipt, not to mention a commercial gesture. From a great experience 5 years ago, this has become a hotel to really avoid. Has the management changed? Maybe in any case, what a waste.

A surprise weekend for two, a sumptuous place decorated with great taste, the room is spacious, an intimate address far from the noise, a breathtaking view of the mountain. Luogo interessante un po’ sopra il paese. Le camere sono sparpagliate in un’infrastruttura tipo chalet. Belle le camere, spaziose e pratiche, ben arredate. Conoscendo Zannier le pretese sono molto alte, per cui salta all'occhio quanto forse in altri alberghi passa inosservato; in certe cosette mancava un po’ di accuratezza come, per esempio, con le prese dell’elettricità o con i prospetti pasticciati dagli ospiti precedenti. La struttura è apparentemente concentrata sul turismo invernale. In estate purtroppo il servizio è molto ridotto. Abbiamo compreso che il ristorante fosse chiuso visto i pochi ospiti. Per noi poco comprensibile il fatto che neanche il bar fosse aperto. Era possibile solo servirsi di succhi e biscotti, buoni ma prefabbricati e sempre gli stessi tutta la settimana. Un coppa di Champagne o un Campari avrebbero fatto piacere. La colazione era eccezionale, molto variata e esclusivamente con prodotti freschi.
