I must take a moment to point out Helen's service, she was exceptional and a natural talent. She was warm, welcoming and made the holiday for our whole family that much better. Helen's ability to connect with our three year old daughter was beautiful too watch and every day our daughter was excited to come and see Helen. Thank you Helen! All the staff were very nice. Food in hotel was delicious and reasonably priced in comparison to the over priced tourist traps in the town. If there was one negative it was more options for food, across more price points. I recommend the steak and chocolate mouse. The hotel on the whole was great experience. The ammenities for the pool, hot tub and sauna were really nice. Rooms were nice, could maybe a little bigger for the price, but the beds were super comfortable. The area is really quiet, so we slept well and there was no noise between the different rooms. Kids club definately needs more attention/love; it feels like an after thought. We would happily stay again...

Good, but not at the price level.
Good hotel, but far from town. Does NOT have a ski room. The walk to the ski lift is quite far after they drop you off in town. Then you have to take 2 ski lifts up. You can’t even ski in after, there’s lots of stairs etc to go back. Its really inconvenient if you plan on skiing a lot. I suggest you stay in Mt Arbois.

Beautiful hotel and amazing service. The restaurant (bistrot, not the “Table”) is the same quality as its Michelin star sister restaurant but cheaper and more relaxed. Would come again.

The most quaint, laid back but luxury hotel. I’m a regular here, and can’t help but to keep coming back! Lots of little improvements too, they have a new pool now on top of the Nordic hot tub and sauna. The service is incredible, and has only got better year on year. And for the food you do not need to leave the hotel it’s so good…

We spent 6 days @ Alpaga and overall had a very good stay. I will start with the positives; - Nice reception from Manon and team - Nice environment and views on the Mont Blanc - Nice breakfast and dinner (twice) - Professional team at breakfast and dinner - Very kind and professional bar man - Cosy mountain chalet style hotel Negatives; - E-mail communication before arrival problematic (I asked for a room far from the restaurant and top floor) - unfortunately we got a room just on top of the restaurant and on the first floor. It was very noisy at some times - you could also hear the set-up of the breakfast room early morning. I would also recommend to install some sophisticated coffee machines (i.e Nespresso or Franke) - this would allow the waiters to breathe a bit. - Before arrival I asked if the hotel had individual airco in the rooms. I was told that it was the case (Chloé Poncet). Unfortunately it was not. Only a few rooms do but were not available. - We moved rooms after day 3 - no noise from the restaurant but unfortunately some from the cars and deliveries. - The new pool is extremely small and the amount of lounge chairs (especially in the weekends) available is too low. People had to sit in the grass. This should be fixed. - The indoor pool is small and most of the time used by small children I recommend the hotel but make sure you ask for a quiet room ps: the "chambres deluxe" are small

Chambres très bien équipées.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in an idyllic environment. A top experience from all points of view. Excellent service, very nice rooms, clean, very good food and rich breakfast for all tastes. Above all, the staff were very eager to assist us in a very polite and natural way. Bravo to you all and rest assured that we will soon be back again
