The hotel carefully selected by the family is the first hotel I stayed in this Swiss trip. The scenery is beautiful and the breakfast is rich, especially suitable for golf. Dinner is slightly flat.

The room shown in pictures didn’t match what was offered on site. Very misleading. Took an hour of to and fro to be allocated a different room. The travel voucher never arrived by email, spent $$ on travel first day (shouldn’t have to) and got a travel voucher later after escalating to customer service. Breakfast was fine. It’s a nice property but a few niggles as above. Must show correct pictures for rooms on advert.
