店家説國慶假期房間緊張，店家用麻將房充當大床房（麻將房無法使用），衞生間窗户無遮擋，私隱性極差，一大早被陽光照醒，樓下七點放炮。酒店客房區和ktv，宴會廳無隔離，大半夜醉漢吱哇亂叫，隔音差。前台服務態度差，剛退房連熱水都不給接，這大個酒店是缺這點水嗎？

酒店的價格90年代招待所的環境，入住後，電視打不開，結果一看遙控器裏沒有電池🔋，給前台打了幾次電話，一個保安把電池送上來，結果開機一看房間沒有網，保安説：這個房間和8樓一個房間沒有網，前台有登記在冊的，我就納悶了，沒有網盡然會開給我，且當時沒有告知！然後打電話給前台，（前台工作人員接電話，沒有一句禮貌用語）後來下去和前天理論，人家盡然一副不願搭理的架勢，説一會打電話讓移動公司人來維修，哎！***呢這也配酒店二字

生不好，小孩也要收費，大家出行一定多看酒店，選一個服務、環境、早餐好酒店入住。

衞生：衞生沒有多乾淨。
環境：找個吃飯的地方得走一兩公里。
服務：還行，可以給提供免費洗衣液。

衞生間燈打不開
停車不方便非常混亂，
前台自動售賣機也沒一個
客房挺有脾氣，問個房卡忘記還的問題，感覺扣我50元按金是我佔酒店便宜了優秀呢～
