首先説一下這個酒店的外觀，其實就是景區附近的一個比較大的小區，有些當地的住户在這裏買的房子，有些賣不出去的房子物業就用來當民宿把它租出去，裏面有很多不同的房型，有別墅、有複式房，還有普通的兩室一廳，小區環境不錯，不管你訂的哪個房型，小區裏面是通的，可以隨意走動。其次説一下小區的管理和停車情況，之前有看到其他客户説是酒店的車位衹能停到大門口，要坐他們的擺渡車才能進去，這裏我澄清一下，衹要你是辦理入住的，他們前台會給你一張停車券，要記得寫上你的車牌號，這樣門口的保安才會讓你把車開進小區裏面，不是住户的話那你的車衹能停在酒店外兩旁的路邊。酒店安全做的也比較好，辦理完入住，房卡上會寫一個你所在單元的門禁密碼，就跟家裡一樣，外人一般是進不來的。酒店前台的工作人員態度也非常好，我們要了一次性拖鞋和蚊香，馬上就送過來，還一再叮囑我們房子裏面是大理石地板，小心滑倒。多餘的床品都在櫃子裏，不存在之前的住客説要加被子還要付100元的説法。酒店早餐還不錯，可以供應到9點多，開車到這邊的小吃一條街就5分鐘，很方便。周邊有鳳凰温泉和御龍灣温泉，還有網紅的音樂噴泉，離太白山很近。最後説一下我們訂的房間，我們訂的是蔚景躍層套房，是一個兩層的複式房，一樓有一個廁所和餐廳，外面有一個院子，可以打牌、燒烤啥的，二樓上來有兩個衞浴，兩間卧室，一個卧室是兩張1.2米的床，另一個主卧是張近2米的床（反正比我家1.8米的床大）還有一個貴妃沙發和餐桌，陽台上還有一個茶几和兩把藤椅，總體感受還是不錯的，孩子們很喜歡，房間大，住着舒服。

前台的美女幫我們延遲了退房 可能因為周天收假 很開心 酒店超美 下過雨很好看。訂的房間不帶早餐 沒注意看 自己點外賣買的早餐 訂房間之前要看清楚哦～

非常不專業，
1，本來是開發商，把沒有賣完的房子做了民宿。辦理住宿的在售樓部
2不是帶院子的和院，而是兩室一廳民宿
3，温泉沒有硫磺味，深刻懷疑温泉
4，説的住4個人，衹有三床被子，我們四個人，要一床被子，要了一個半小時都沒來，最後説還要加一百元。

晚上被酒店的空調吵醒，熱醒！而且空調顯示屏像是按了燈一樣，怕蚊子晚上看不見給照照。你們是拼汐汐買的空調嗎？完全沒有空調必備的任何一項功能。入户門看着總是沒鎖好的感覺，總體就是一種啥都有，但都不是好東西，想讓我用滿意，就應該想想用別人房子出租的公寓式酒店能有好的傢俱嗎？是的，我是想多了！
