The service is very friendly, the room is clean, and the service attitude is super good. I took my grandson out to play, and the beautiful lady at the front desk also gave me balloons and small toys. The kid was very happy. The souvenir after check-out was full of surprises and touches! I will choose Meihekou Hotel next time I come! Highly recommended to everyone 👍

親子出遊 還帶着長者 離梅河口站非常近 酒店服務熱情 友好 專業 這次東北之行 最滿意的就是梅河口賓館 1.9號晚上到的 前台接待姐姐熱情好客 主動幫長者拉行李 按電梯 早上有用餐服務 滿滿的都是酒店的用心 下次來還是首選梅河口賓館

房間設施較為陳舊，衞生狀況可以，首日入住對早餐提出意見後，賓館及時做出迴應，負責人親自道歉並詢問對早餐的要求，第二天有了明顯改善。雖然早餐質量仍未達到應有水平，但賓館能用心對待存在的問題並盡力進行了處理，我接受這種態度並給予理解。
