I had to stay at this hotel because there were no other options for the selected dates. The hotel has not been renovated since its creation, everything is sooooo old, like a shabby Soviet sanatorium in the province, living its last days. In one of our rooms the bathroom was more or less renovated (all the cheapest). Everywhere there is an old smell, hundred-year-old carpet upholstery. Service: the feeling that the owner of the hotel from India brought his family to work and they serve the hotel as best they can: in sweatpants and T-shirts (they put on what they had), not understanding where they are and what they should do - that’s all the service. We have never seen a more miserable breakfast even in the simplest European hotels, but in this one, for a moment, one night for two costs 250 francs!!! So breakfast: croissants, bread, one type of the cheapest cheese (I live in Switzerland, I know what I’m talking about) and ham, sliced fruit, yogurt and boiled eggs; coffee from a coffee machine and tea, juices from packages - that's it. We didn't risk having dinner here because it was most likely prepared by the same woman in sweatpants who cleared the breakfast tables. If possible, I recommend not to waste money on this squalor, given that a room in the old and respectable Parkhotel du Sauvage is cheaper! If it cost 2 times less, there would be no complaints; it’s quite suitable for spending the night, but I repeat once again - I was struck by the complete discrepancy between price and quality.
