設施：酒店雖然舊了點，但該有的都有，尤其是這個窗明幾凈的自助洗衣房。停車位也很多。
去往温泉不需要離開建築，內部就可以通達，這一點很方便。
衞生：房間很乾凈，唯一美中不足就是地毯散發一股潮濕的味道，但這也難免吧。
環境：酒店環境很好，窗外可以看見山景，還有小松鼠，但也有很多大飛蛾，天黑後要記得馬上關陽台。
服務：親切友善，效率高。
雙人温泉:水質很好，人也不多，現在這個氣温泡温泉很舒服。衝著温泉來的，果然沒有失望！
早餐的麪條一般般，但是小包子很好吃。沒有正兒八經的咖啡機，房間提供的速溶很難喝。

國慶節價格沒怎麼漲很便宜，前台看我們帶着小孩免費升級了房型，温泉泡着也很舒服。酒店周邊有一條小溪耍水很不錯，山上空氣好，有健身步道可以走，隨處可見小松鼠，孩子表示很開心。七裏坪現在人流量沒前兩年多，但是親子休閑避暑還是很不錯的～～

這家酒店的早餐，可以説是住過酒店有史以來最差的，八點半過去就居然所有菜都沒有，而且酒店不續菜品，九點過去基本就沒有什麼吃的，衹有殘羹剩菜。餐廳衞生也極差，桌布上全是油點不換，酒店請不起服務員全招的當地大媽，完全無服務可言。可以説這個連兩百元的連鎖商務酒店都遠遠趕不上。另外，設施極其陳舊，房間衹有一層是重新裝修的，但是地板到處已經開裂，温泉池也衹有兩三個，這樣的酒店，衹有國營賓館的破舊水平，大家千萬不能選擇這家。

非常不好的一次體驗！第一次遇到酒店生意淡季為了節約成本不開空調，室外温度8度，進房間不敢脱外套，地暖開一個晚上才12度！（空調房升級成地暖房你以為就有空調嗎？你想多了）酒店方也是為顧客考慮！怕晚上被凍醒直接每張床安排一個電熱毯！漂亮的很花400多一晚上去睡電熱毯！半夜還要起來關的那種

冬天專門去泡温泉，温泉下午5點才開放，並且衹開了室外三個小池子，室內温泉沒有開放，温泉中心很冷。
我們定的地暖房，為了暖和點，結果：我們到酒店進房間才開地暖，房間冷的發抖，進房間衹有4度，地暖開到晚上睡覺也衹有16度，冷、冷、冷，想快速熱起來，房間也沒法開空調。房間裏冷，酒店也很冷，整個酒店沒有開暖氣。
備註：這個酒店定了房半小時後不能退，還特意給我打電話確認房間，但是但是都不提前去開個地暖…
在房間我們穿着厚厚的羽絨服度過的…

來這家酒店很多次了，第一次寫差評，不吐不快。1.早餐時間客服告知週一到週四10點前可以就餐，週五到週日10點30以前可以就餐，我們四人一行9點40到餐廳，但是很多食物已經收了。
2.去麪食區問有些啥吃的，煮麪***態度極其惡劣，説衹有面，態度極為囂張，可能影響到她坐在那裡玩耍了吧。
3.房間裏面腳板踩到了一顆鐵釘，幸好扎得不深，當時慌着出門，沒有留下證據，可以對天發誓。

從來沒有遇到過這麼糟糕的酒店、488的房間，設施舊得像用了幾十年一樣、洗手池有點堵、馬桶蓋是脱的，地毯臟有味兒。想辦房間升級問前台，簡單粗暴回答我滿房了，就跟怕我們付不起房費一樣，明明在攜程上就看到還有私湯房型，算了，委屈住一晚趕緊走。再也不住這家了。
