One small incident occurred during the night: a guest from another room, perhaps mistaking their room number, tried to swipe my door, but it didn't open. Every staff member was polite and smiling the entire time, from the front desk lady to the maid and the driver—they all provided first-rate service. The hotel also offers pick-up from the high-speed rail station, included in the room rate—a truly wonderful added value. Finally, I'd like to thank the front desk lady for helping me find my lost phone. I've stayed in over a hundred hotels this year, and this one definitely ranks first overall. Every hotel lady was beautiful, the service was excellent, the room decor was lovely, and the software was high-quality.
