Great location, but while we arrive at night. Hard to find taxi to the hotel, even though we agree to pay them a higher fares, as too close to the station.

Check in staffs were friendly and nice. Rooms were stated non smoking but were found smoked when we opened the rooms doors.

This was our first time visiting Meizhou; understand this hotel was opened 6 weeks ago (early Oct). The rooms were good size, beds & pillows were firmed, showers had great water pressure. However, their air conditioning weren’t working so we had to open the windows and curtains — the hotel across had lots of lights and the streets are noisy so we weren’t able to sleep well.
We also picked to have buffet breakfasts at the hotel which was supposed to be available from 7 am to 10 am. They were still bringing out foods out at 7:15 am. Selections were ok but coffees made from the coffee machines were not hot enough.
Overall happy with our stay of 2 nights.
