Superb counter staff service. Their hospitality is beyond expectations and have gone the extra mile in their service.Big TQ to the staff in charge of the laundrette. She went the extra mile to fold out clothes and sent them to our room though it was almost midnight. Will stay there again should we visit Meizhou and definitely recommend your hotel to friends. Thumbs up for your great hospitality. Also love the free night buffet.

All their staff are polite and helpful. They give the extra mile to help the customer from overseas, specially to 懿媛 and 朵儿. Her team help to book and paid for the taxis .
One thing I like about this hotel is the free night snack and laundry for thieir customers.
May need to build a covered drop out point at thr carpark area ( side gate)

We are a big group of family with 10 persons and stay in Meizhou 3 nights. All of us are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. I'm not able to speak Chinese well, but the receptionist, the cleaner, the chef are taking care us whole heartedly. Hotel provided us free laundry service and late night congee/meals for FREE!! Will come back here again in the future!!
