設施很舊很老 牆都起皮
服務完全沒有，前台就一個人
衞生一般，用的是一次性浴巾，還算乾淨
房間比較大，是唯一的優點了

服務：前台姐姐人很不錯特意為我免費升級房間，還考慮我需要到安靜位置。
環境：房間空間很大，最好的是有一排桌子很適合學習辦公，有免費提供水喝，桌子和床被都很乾凈，很衞生，衞生間也特別大而且熱水很熱。離梅州汽車總站很近，酒店有電梯，酒店很不錯，我給5分。

房間是老舊連鎖酒店的裝修，床很大，洗澡水也大，水壺壞了，電視遙控器也壞了，價格便宜，地理位置較好。去老街不遠。預算有限的情況下可以考慮入住，性價比高。

衞生環境很一般，浴室很差，毛巾衹有一條，刮鬍刀也不提供，晚上上夜班的工作人員態度很不好，房間不配水，住了兩天拿水都要提醒幾次還要自己去前台拿，這是我住過最差的7天。作為消費者，打個差評。
