房子很新，有電梯，房間很乾凈無塵，床很大睡的香，雖然在馬路旁，但不是主幹道，車相對很少，偶然大車經過才有噪音，房東很健談，早餐可以開車去雁洋市場對面，味道不錯，周邊可以遊玩的地方還比較多，葉帥紀念園，陰那山，鬆口古鎮

客棧的位置距離葉劍英紀念館很近，周邊有很多當地餐廳，位置不錯👍房間還挺大的，設施還算齊全，老闆自家的房子，有電梯，有停車位，還有電車充電的服務，感覺房間還需要完善，例如沖涼的地方沒有玻璃，也沒有簾子，水會噴到其他地方，房間可沖電的插座太少，三個人衹有一個地方充電🔋

服務：啊叔非常熱情 送我們去吃飯
本來是訂另一家賓館但是那個賓館沒電梯！這個有！

老闆態度很好，我們比較晚到沒車位了還把自己的車位讓給我們，房間也寬敞，離景點近，出行方便。但有一句説一句，空調暖氣不夠給力，開了很久才有一點點暖意，如果太冷的天氣入住的朋友要考慮清楚。熱水也不給力，要入住了插了房卡才開始煲熱水，我們三個人等了二個多小時才沖完涼，太晚入住的朋友也要考慮清楚。

這裏房間環境乾淨整潔，光線好。在房間里拉開窗簾就可以看到美麗山景了！！老闆熱情大方，很好客！這裏距離葉帥故居等景點也很近，飯店也多，很方便。下次來還要來這家民宿！來梅州玩不能錯過的好民宿！居住體驗很好👍👍👍

客棧在路邊，但晚上基本沒車，很安靜，馬路對面是足球基地，趕上沙田柚花盛開的季節，外面一片柚花香，沁人心脾，太舒服了，老闆娘早上還送地瓜吃
