Hotel with a minimum of Facilities, but, a great Human experience , from the GENERAL Manager to Mehdi, and the minimum Excellent mentality staff in the service and specially the kitchen, they did an amazing job for me. i m still missing them a lot!!! i wish to come back as a guest and meet them again. The hotel was very good, spotless, the pool was very good, everything was correct, but the treatment of the staff was not good, they arranged a taxi for us to the Medina for 200 DH and the return from the Medina cost us 75DH, the benefit of the staff/hotel for The management seems abusive to me.

Nice hotel but the welcome leaves something to be desired; the 2 young women not very welcoming at all!!!!!!!! the lifeguard and the waiters at the top!!!! You have to wait 100 years to get towels , the hygiene of the toilet brush is limited🤢 we broke an oarfum that we reported; we received no excuses or compensation we were just warned!!!!frankly the hotel is not up to par of what he claims to be!! too bad....

Very unwelcoming or even unpleasant staff, sloppy cleaning, ordinary breakfast, hot room since the hotel also hosts weddings which prevents rest, every other time the towels are forgotten by the cleaning ladies… We spent 10 days in this hotel and we regret it… Only positive point: the lifeguard Wahid who, unlike his colleagues, always had a smile and was very helpful! Very very nice hotel. Less convincing services for our family of 5: ambassador suite composed of a single open space rather sized for a couple. No connecting room for our family of 5. Restaurant: very good food. More average service regarding the preparation and comfort of the sofa beds for sleeping our children. Very well located for those who want to make it a stopover when crossing Morocco.
