House 100% same as picture. Very clean and the mattress very comfortable.. the staff very helpful, when i need iron they immediately response and delivery to unit. feel like a stay at hotel. Would recommend.

The apartment is clean and comfy.
The owner provides the baby bath tub and chair, just remember to reserve beforehand.
Truly helpful and thoughtful.
Recommend to parents traveling with kids.
By the way, we all love the view and the pool!

I only have one suggestion, if possible make the check out time at 12 noon. Tq. Others the room is very good and it is very clean 👍🏻

I was very upset that I was change to a unit was not furnish at all . Even the curtain drop when we try to cover , hit on mine husband head . We were try to message them . But they took so long to reply n even didn’t keep to their promise to compensate us . Till now trip . Com was not able to help us to talk to the management . We will only told by them that trip .com can compensate us 600 trip coin which is about sgd $8 . Sad to say that they had stop communication since when I had rejected that offer . I am still waiting for the outcome that they are not able to help . I will consider to stop any booking thru trip. Com from the future , which I had urge that to the unit n take a look which I had stay for the night which I don’t think they will go that unit to investigate unit no 11-08 . Anyone who see this review please becareful not to book by that hotel management again which is so not reasonable at all

The room is beautiful and clean, the view is beautiful and the pool is big.. the only problem is 1.. the parking lot is very far from the elevator, it is difficult to pick up or get off the goods, you have to drop off first by the elevator, then park and walk back towards the elevator.. refund system the one that needs 24 hours to be returned and you have to be patient.. he won't update unless the customer is already noisy and wants to respond.. this one doesn't have a washing machine, please be aware.. it's not worth repeating..
