Location: The hotel is excellently located directly on the beach, near the Maspalomas sand dunes, and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. Guests consistently praise its tranquil setting, ideal for relaxation, and proximity to the airport.

Second time staying here and unfortunately wouldn’t stay again. It’s totally overpriced for what it is. Room is beautiful with excellent air conditioning. Location is excellent, right on the beach. But the breakfast has a ridiculously limited choice. For €250+ a night, you should get what you want for breakfast, but their system is you pick ONE only of these five items and then ONE other of these other five items. On this, our second visit, the staff were definitely not as friendly as on our first. We were rarely greeted. We weren’t especially made feel welcome. When we checked out, there was no offer to call us a taxi. All we were asked was whether we had used the minibar and when we said no, the guy who worked there literally RAN down to our room to check. There was no attempt at subtlety on his part. This left a very bad impression. Overall, while the room is beautiful (it’s a room; it’s not a suite), for the breakfast offering and the friendliness/ professionalism of the staff, it’s not worth over €250 a night.

We decided to stay at this boutique hotel property and are glad we did. This is a 10 suite hotel in a prime location. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was the perfect start to the day. We opted for a second floor room to have a view of the beach and were not disappointed. Would definitely stay here if we are back in the area.
