There was a concert in the nearby square, which started at 22:00 every night and ended very late. The cleaning service was not on time as usual. I don’t know whats the reason that non alcoholic drinks in the buffet costs so much, I mean, the buffet means i can choose what we like freely, not a bottle of water for £2.80. The balcony is nonsmoking, but no one told me at the checkin, instead, someone sneaked the bill through the door, i found it on the floor, which is super rude! And why other people smoke? It feels ****** as I’m the only Asian people in the hotel.

excellent! Better than expected! There is the sea right outside the door, and the balcony of the room also faces the sea directly. The hotel’s additional travel activities are also great, including whale watching, hiking, etc., all very nice! Hope to have the opportunity to come again in the future!

This is not a five star property.
The room interiors give the five star atmosphere. Plenty of wardrobe space and clever arrangement of coffee/tea facilities.
But the rest of the hotel is four maybe three stars.
At breakfast which you can choose the menu alongside buffet. Expect random things like no avocado. The staff are so busy turning tables for dinner you’ll be lucky if you get acknowledged.
Same at dinner but in reverse.
The pool is okay but don’t expect service as it isn’t fully staffed and there’s no call bell.
The bar again depends when you visit I stayed an hour and didn’t see one server.
The Sky bar seems to have no attendees which is strange.
One highlight was getting breakfast delivered to my room. That service was exemplary.
The location has great shopping to suit any budget and loads of nightlife and plenty of restaurant options.
The bus and taxi stop are within reach making it easy to reach and explore the island.
