My wife and I were very disappointed with this Hotel. The room did not smell clean as if smokers had been there before. In the evening and early morning outside in the parking area a group of people were hanging around making noice and smoking so that it was impossible to have a window open which was not very nice since this hotel does not have airconditioning. And internet was virtually nonexistent, 3mb down and 1mb up. Not at all what we are used to from Ibis Hotels who have all been wonderful up to now. Summing up, I cannot not recommend this hotel to anybody, but the town Melsungen its very pretty and nice to visit

The hotel was terrible for three nights and four days they never changed our towels we asked for them but they were never granted but they were promised to us the room was dirty the service was bad the breakfast poor the parking little the location uncomfortable and therefore we will never go back and I would not recommend this hotel even my worst enemy. During our time at this hotel the room was never made up the room was never cleaned and when we asked the receptionist about it she laughed in our faces.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb Melsungen. Zimmer 202 geht auf den oberen kleinen Parkplatz raus, vom Verkehr hört man nichts. Allerdings hört man laute Hotelgäste auf dem Flur nachts um 0:30 Uhr. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was an sich nicht schlimm wäre. Allerdings fehlten in beiden Lampen am Bett die Glühbirnen, die Zimmertür ließ sich zwar schließen, aber sie ließ sich trotzdem hin und her bewegen (auf bayerisch würde man "nackeln" sagen). Am Fensterrand etwas Schimmeln, genauso im Rand der Duschwanne ... kurz: etwas besser putzen und kleine Reparaturen, dann hätte man an dieser Stelle nichts zu meckern. Die Matratze war leider durchgelegen. Hunde sind erlaubt und waren kein Problem. Das Frühstück zu diesem Preis ist absolut OK. Der Service war sehr nett. Ein- und Auschecken problemlos. Fazit: Für den günstigen Preis hätte ich mir trotzdem ein Zimmer gewünscht, das in Ordnung ist.

Die anderen Gäste haben eine überwiegend bessere Bewertung hinterlassen, das freut mich. Oft sind es Ausnahmefälle, wie bei mir. Ohne das Frühstück und das nette Personal, wäre es keine 2 Sterne geworden. Anzeichen von Schimmelbefall in im Bad, Staub an haushaltstypischen Stellen und ein Gemälde, das ich mit einem Tuch verdecken musste, weil man sonst nicht schlafen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man versteht das Wort des anderen nebenan. Die Kissen sind sehr wenig bis kaum gefüllt. Die Matratzen hingegen sehr gut. Über nacht musste ich leider das Fenster auf lassen, weil im Zimmer eine Raumtemperatur von über 24°C herrschte (Oktober, Außentemperatur 10-15°C). Das Internet hatte Aussetzer, aber das schien während meines Aufenthaltes in Melsungen ein generelles Problem der Umgebung zu sein. Das Frühstück war wirklich außergewöhnlich! Gefühlt hundert verschiedene Speisen und sehr sehr lecker! Das Personal mehr als zuvorkommend und sehr nett!

Wir haben eine sehr ruhige Nacht in guten Betten verbracht.Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die junge Dame beim Check Inn sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Restaurant Tipps.Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Was will man mehr.

Hotel liegt in Autobahnnähe; hat jedoch ausreichend Distanz für eine ruhige Lage. Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde nachgekommen. Sehr guter Schlaf. Ausstattung der Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Service ist professionell organisiert. Ebenso Frühstück.
