The sea and the beach are calm and very beautiful. In the all-inclusive concept, breakfast, meals, desserts and drinks are satisfactory. The beach is clean and you can go far on foot. It doesn't get deeper at once. Regarding room cleaning, I think if you don't hang the room cleaning card, it won't be cleaned for a few days until you hang it. Additionally, do not be fooled by Google maps bringing you to the hotel, it leads you to the wrong road, a dead end. Arrive according to the hotel sign on the road. Other than that, everything was fine.

Unfortunately, very bad at cleaning. Even the garbage was not taken from the room on Thursday at the hotel we checked in on Saturday. Neither the towels nor the sheets are changed. We booked at Dogan Paradise Beach Hotel for a week in early September 2022. When we arrived after 9:30 p.m., the kitchen was already closed. Otelde ağustos 2024 te geniş ailemle konakladım. Havuz küçük ve daha çok çocuklar kullanıyor, havuzda da temizlik biraz sıkıntılı. Yemek saatlerinin başlangıçlarında tam saatinde restorantta olmazsanız oturacak yer ve yiyecek yemek bulmak konusunda problem yaşıyorsunuz. Küçük çaplı bir otel olduğundan yemek çeşitleri fazla değil, bu çok normal. Ancak çıkan yemeklerin de birçoğu lezzetsiz ve hazır gıda şeklinde. Hazır gıda olanlar da çok kalitesiz ve kötü. (Shnitzel, tavuk döner, burger gibi yemekler en düşük kalite ürünlerden tercih edilmiş) öğlen ve akşamüstü burger yada gözleme(pide) yapan ufak bir kulübe var ancak tek kişi çalıştığından önünde uzun kuyruklar oluyor. Отель простой, но очень уютный, не разочаровал. На территории много ухоженной зелени, что комфортно в жаркие дни. Мы прибыли в 7 утра и нас сразу заселили в двухкомнатный номер категории family согласно нашему бронированию - очень приятно, что администраторы при возможности размещают гостей так быстро. Встретили, проводили в номер, всё рассказали, по нашей просьбе выдали второй ключ, настроили телевизор. В номере два балкона, на каждом стол, стулья и сушка для белья. Матрасы и подушки удобные, постель чистая. Мебель не новая, без поломок, но хорошо бы смазать все петли, как и ручки на дверях в комнаты и санузел, чтобы не так шумно открывались. Ванная комната маленькая, душевая кабина в нашем номере для стройных, с водой проблем не было, мыло и гель для душа в диспенсерах. Есть фен. Уборка ежедневная, хорошая, проводилась в первой половине дня, что давало возможность спокойно отдохнуть после обеда. Полотенца чистые, хорошо выстиранные, меняли каждый день. Кондиционеры исправно работали. Наш номер был на первом этаже в одном из отдельно стоящих от главного здания корпусов, муравьев и тараканов не было, при том, что не запрещалось приносить еду в номер. Можно спать с открытым балконом, но есть комары, использовали фумигатор (привезли с собой). После 23.00 тихо, музыку выключают. Ассортимент блюд в ресторане небольшой, но можно что-то выбрать, еда качественная, продукты свежие. На завтраки жарят яичницу и омлет с 8.00, на ужин вкусные рыба, курица, мясные котлеты на гриле - что-то одно в разные дни. Кофе только из автоматов, порошковый, зернового нет. В баре нет очереди, можно взять охлаждённую воду в бутылках, есть и отдельный кулер. На пляже достаточно лежаков на комфортном расстояние друг от друга, зонты не слишком защищают от солнца, у бассейна зонты плотные и дающие тень. Хотелось бы, чтобы пляж лучше убирали. На территории отеля тоже не всегда успевают убираться, но трудно сказать, это слишком быстро мусорят отдыхающие или слишком медленно идёт уборка. Море при отсутствии волн чистое, прохладное, освежающее. Где-то есть водоросли и камни, но много мест с песчаным дном без препятствий для купания. Довольно мелко. Для любителей глубины недалеко находится отличный пирс, оборудованный спусками в воду. Пляжные полотенца выдают, смена 1 евро. Интернет работает в зоне ресепшн и на ближайших к главному корпусу столах ресторана на улице. В номерах интернет отеля не работает. Попросили поздний выезд, номер продлили за 45 евро до 16.00, что позволило нам провести день комфортно. Сотрудники провожают гостей до автомобилей и трансферных автобусов, помогают с чемоданами. Магазина на территории отеля нет, сетевые Bim, Sok, Carrefour примерно в 20 минутах пешком от отеля по главной дороге. В Sok и Carrefour принимают оплату картой UnionPay ГПБ. Standard hotelu to takie all inclusive, ale w Tureckim stylu. Jednak największe zastrzeżenia mam do TUI. Nie uprzedza, że transfer może się zakończyć pół kilometra od hotelu o trzeciej w nocy i mam sobie radzić sam. Reklamacja nie została uwzględniona, bo "tak się może zdarzyć". Smutne w dwudziestym pierwszy wieku. Po tylu latach wybierania ofert z tego biura podróży najwyższy czas zmienić touroperatora. Co do hotelu. Cisza i spokój. Jedzenie zjadliwe, choć wybór raczej skromny. Plaża malutka, wejście do morza raczej kamieniste oraz glony. Byliśmy rodziną w cztery osoby. Dostaliśmy jeden pokój z dość dużym łóżkiem, a to, co było niby drugim pokojem to trochę korytarza z dwoma łóżkami a pomiędzy nimi miejsce na butelkę wody, bo noga się nie zmieści. Według standardów, o jakich człowiek myśli jadąc do Turcji, to ten hotel jest z tych skromnych, choć pieniędzy trzeba dać sporo.
