My first holiday in Turkey in Cub Yalli. The service in the restaurant was good we never lacked anything. The rooms were always clean and decorated. The bar service was good but some of the staff could smile more and be nicer. The animator was always available for anything, the games and entertainment were excellent thank you to Sofiane, Erkan and the rest of the team for the good fun. The reception was always available for any problem.

We spend great time at the hotel.The program was amazing. we laughed so much. All animation team is amazing. I want to say special thanks for the special attitude and unique professionalism Erkan and Tumara. The are “big” people who loves children and their job!!!Thank you

I really enjoyed my stay here. A lot of attractions, the staff is great and very friendly, there was a huge selection of food and it was very delicious. The animators made my holiday a fun experience. A lot of games were provided and the animators were great with the kids and everyone. The rooms were very clean and the whole area is cleaned a few times a day. I met a lot of new friends here who made the experience unforgettable-Erkan, Sophianne and Tumara. I would definitely come again!

The food is good, people are kind, very funny evening shows, good sea view from our room on the 4th floor, only the Wi fi is not that good, i expected better... my favourite place is the pool and the aquapark. Overall I'll definitely come again next summer!

A very nice hotel with a great kids club, kids disco, and other facilities incl. pools, aqua park, animation, rooms, etc. all distances and amenities are very convenient for a family with kids. however, food quality and variety as well as internet connectivity could be improved.

5 yıldızlı ultra her şey dahil bir tatil aldılığınızı düşünerek geliyorsanız yanılırsınız bir çok yorum okudum çeşitli platformlarda her kes yemek olumsuzluğundan bahsediyor yemek ile ilgili net tanım şu “çeşit çok kalite zayıf “ Bunun dışında gün içinde soğuk bir bardak su içmek için yalvarırsınız çünkü sirkülasyona yetişilemiyor . Personel yetmiyor . 0-10 yaş çocukların sağlıklı içebileceği tek soğuk içecek su ve ayran bulabilirse !!!! Hadi Türk kahvesi ücretli ( nedeni bilinmiyor ultra her şey dahil tanımı neden o halde ???? Bunun dışında ki tüm kahve türleri de ücretli fiyat listesini fotolara ekliyorum . Ana binada kalacaksanız muhteşem sauna ortamında uyursunuz klima yok gibi bir şey oda metreküpü ile havalandırma gücü alakasız esinti bile olmuyor . Personelin çoğu iyi niyetli imkan dahilinde yardımcı oluyorlar fakat genç ergen arkadaşlar müşteri tanımının ne olduğunu dahi bilmiyor belki ilk defa böyle bir işte çalışıyor olabilirler hiç bir iç eğitim almadan .

Hotel was good. We have fun herę.A lot of activities on this hotel and also food was good.The room was clean and good.Pool is clean and good.Everybody has positive.Especially animation team is always help us and thanks for Bülent and Erkan.
