The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Filthy. They wanted to charge us for the garage. They recommended a laundry and they stole all our clothes. The photos have nothing to do with the place. It's horrible.

Las almohadas parecen sábanas y las sábanas parecen cortinas, en el desayuno unas compañeras pidieron más comida y se lo negaron porque "tenían todo contado". Nos culparon de las cosas rotas solo porque traíamos hartos niños, y nos obligaron a pagar todo lo "roto" porque sino nos echaban. Pésima atención al cliente y la verdad se aprovecharon. Las habitaciones eran horribles y todas en las que estábamos tenían mínimo 3 defectos. Nos hospedamos en la habitación 67 así que si alguien se queda ahí también, siéntanse libres de ver por ustedes mismos.

Deprimente al ingresar. Horrible desmejorado y viejo (CERO mantenimiento). Tv de los años ochenta. Colchones de una plaza unidos para hacer 2 plazas...y en pesimo estado. Humedad x todos lados. Muebles y enchufes rotos. Te da una depresion fuerte! Me daba verguenza entrar al hotel. Es carisimo. Por la misma plata o menos hay hoteles dignos. Este es LO PEOR que vi. LA PERLITA: SE LES PERDIO LA REJILLA DEL BAÑO E IMPROVISARON UNA CON UN PLASTICO CON AGUJERITOS. DE TERROR. NO VAYAN POR NINGUN MOTIVO. Me da pena por la chica de recepcion que le pone onda...que tenga que laburar en un lugar asi. INHABITABLE.

La atención es lo que mas puedo destacar del hotel, son muy amables y se que la próximas veces que venga a Mendoza regresare. Las habitaciones son buenas, la cama es muy comoda, si quieren algo no muy costoso, bonito y con buena atención les recomiendo este hotel.

Habitación mínima, por el reclamo ante el calor que hacía, nos pasaron a una habitación que tenía aire acondicionado. Tv de escasas dimensiones. Baño, bien en dimensiones y servicio. Desayuno aceptable.

Realmente si hay algo que puede superar a este hotel en cuánto a lo feo que es, espero no conocerlo nunca. Habitaciones sucias, rotas, antiguas. Cama de 2 plazas, qué es eso? aquí te unen dos colchones de 1 plaza. Wi Fi?... Ni lo sueñes. Desayuno?.. Un café con leche y dos medialunas, (tostado? qué es eso? Queso manteca? No pasa por acá). Luces en el hotel? Se ve que les gusta el ambiente oscuro. Pero tiene una vista inigualable... la habitación que me tocó daba a un nido de palomas !!! que desde las 07 am , empiezan con sus cantos y cópulas. Y la zona... dejémoslo ahí, si tenés auto, desde las 08.00 hs ya te empiezan a cobrar en la calle, así que ese dinero usala para irte a algo decente, por lo menos a dormir.
