Habíamos reservado dos habitaciones para pasar una noche (estábamos de paso por Mendoza, llegábamos en Micro a las 12:30 de la noche, y debíamos tomar un avión a las 8:00), o sea que sólo era para descansar unas pocas horas. Cuando llegamos, alrededor de la 1:00 nos dijeron que efectivamente habían recibido nuestra reserva y dinero anticipado, pero que habían errado y se HABÍAN OLVIDADO RESERVARNOS LAS HABITACIONES!! Se lavaron las manos olímpicamente. Nos devolvieron el dinero, y listo. A esa hora tuvimos que salir a recorrer en taxi la ciudad para conseguir alojamiento. Considero una falta total de respeto por parte del pésimo hotel. No lo recomiendo en absoluto
