Very good location in the city with a very nice rooftop for breakfast. The room sizes are good and the staff are nice. They offer tours of the city as well as dry cleaning

We had the room on the first floor facing the street, it is VERY noisy and it is difficult to sleep. The bathroom was too small and uncomfortable. The room itself is very small as is the bed. The staff is very attentive and the location of the hotel is also very good, close to several restaurants and squares. I would not go back.

It is cheaper than many other lower category ones and you can also cook. I really liked it, extremely comfortable. The people are all very helpful in Mendoza. What's more, I like to go outside of the Harvest season. Always very clean, I rested very well

Small and uncomfortable room. Breakfast: go somewhere else. There are no fruits, no yogurt, no cereals. Only two or three things with flour, which are not delicious. The only good thing about that hotel (pure facade) is the staff. The girls at the reception are divine and super friendly.

Excellent attention from all the staff from the first moment, they make the kitchen available to prepare meals in the afternoon/night in the viewpoint which is simply spectacular. They take care of all the details and make you feel really comfortable during your stay.

I bought a package from Ati tourism agency. I need to have access to a pool and I paid extra, a lot, that's why I arrived and there is no pool. Nobody takes responsibility. The page clearly shows a swimming pool. There are no refunds or liability

Very good hotel, excellent location, very nice modern room, comfortable and with a minibar. Very attentive staff. Breakfast is served on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. Full breakfast. Convenient parking around the hotel.

We stayed with my husband for four nights. The hotel has a very good location. A few blocks from Plaza Independencia and close to bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable and well heated. The attention was excellent. I would improve the breakfast a little, adding at least some fruit. You can have nice views from the terrace.
