If it’s wasn’t just one night and we didn’t get in late I would have found another hotel. Room smells like sewage, holes in the wall, exposed wires in the bathroom, disgusting place. I guess the price is right and we will see about Breakfast in the morning. But this is a one time stay for us. No way would we book here again.

I would like to share my positive experience at the Ritz Hotel in Mendoza. The staff members are exceptionally polite and welcoming, contributing to a warm atmosphere. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Mendoza, with a variety of restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee houses, and shopping options within easy reach. The breakfast offerings are consistently delightful, and the rooms are beautifully remodeled, showcasing a modern and clean design. The hotel also features a parking lot and a swimming pool, which enhances the overall experience. I would like to extend my gratitude to Marcelo, who was incredibly helpful in ensuring our stay was comfortable and safe, providing us with valuable support and guidance. Additionally, Agustin, Nicolas, Renzo, and Clara at reception were outstanding, and the housekeeping team was very friendly. Overall, my stay at the Ritz Hotel made me feel at home, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Mendoza.

The attendants are terrible, none of them friendly. What you ask for at the reception you can't get. A glass, ice or information. Old, precarious structure with bathrooms that are completely unsuitable for people with age or vision or mobility difficulties.

The Hotel is very well located, in the center of Mendoza with several restaurant options around. Greater attention is needed from cleaning staff, as they had to complain every day about the replacement of soap, shampoo and toilet paper. The breakfast was reasonable.

Good hotel. Clean room, good mattress, modern toilet. American breakfast varied and abundant. Large and clean pool, although it has the problem that because of a five-star hotel that was built in the back, at three in the afternoon there is no more sun. But the most notable thing is the careful attention of all the staff, especially the girls at the reception. When we left the room we left our cell phone behind. They warned us that we were heading to the terminal of oblivion, both from the hotel and the car agency. Grateful to the receptionist Gisella who was the one who noticed the forgetfulness. Taking into account the price of the room we can say that for the service provided, it is a more than recommended hotel

The rooms are very good size, but zero maintenance. Breakfast is fine. The worst of all was the attention of the staff, very inattentive and even rude. Not recommended for people with restricted mobility, since to get to the elevator you have to go up a staircase, and to go to breakfast you have to climb an entire floor by staircase.

I went in July 2019 during winter break. The service was very good, the staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and neat. It has the advantage of being located very close to the central square.
