Here the summary of our poor experience: - we booked a double room through *********** from Saturday 3.6. until Sunday 4.6. - the room is available as follow: check-in from 4PM (!) and check-out at 10 AM (!) - arrived at 11 AM as of Saturday 3.6., we asked to leave our luggage at the hotel before our checking’ time. According to the hotel’s employee we could leave our luggage unattended at the reception, however no separate room (locked) available for luggage. - we arrived back at Morgana Hotel at 4PM (!) for the check-in, but surprisingly the HOTEL CANCELLED our booking through ***********. We did not ask to cancel our booking, but the Hotel Morgana decided to put ourselves out of the hotel! - I contacted the hotel by phone and by email to understand the reasons, unfortunately NO explanation provided! The hotel was not in overbooking and rooms were still available on ***********! The hotel decided that they did not want us as guests! No explanations provided. Is it not a discrimination in Switzerland to refuse clients? I travel a lot for work purposes and I spent 3 months every year in hotels in Switzerland and abroad, but I never had such a poor treatment. The hotel is clearly not interested to work with clients. My strong suggestion is to stay away and prefers other hotels nearby. Stay away.
