大廳很氣派，映入眼簾的水是風水，寓意很好，，性價比很高兩百多住五星級酒店，前台接待小姐姐微笑服務美麗大方，有禮賓幫忙拿行李，電梯是刷卡的很私隱，房間很温馨，床品舒適，羽絨被子，日用品質量不錯，早餐種類很豐富，包含了蒙城地方特色，整體服務不錯，很愉快的入住體驗！還會再光臨

優點：
新開業的掛牌5️⃣星酒店，價格不貴
大堂和酒店門口有設計感，房間很大，有浴缸，視野很開闊
早餐也比較豐富，早餐工作人員都會有禮貌的問候，這個值得點贊
缺點：
酒店新開業的樓層的走廊和走廊有甲醛味，但沒有配空氣凈化器
房間窗簾透光嚴重，沒有智能馬桶
現在收按金的酒店已經很少了，沒想到新開業酒店還收按金
服務：前台人員語氣生硬，讓打掃房間並且放兩瓶水，但是並沒有放水，也沒有打掃房間。。。。。服務還需要加強培訓

體驗感真的很棒👍🏻剛進門就有接待員迎接 主動引路 酒店的位置也非常好旁邊就是方圓薈商場 早餐值得誇獎 有蒙城特色sa湯 sa是月天韭我打不出來 不過非常Nice👍🏻 客房乾淨整潔外賣基本都是服務員親自送 這點真的比機器人送更人性化 值得誇獎👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

這裏應該是以後回蒙城必住酒店，地理位置優越，處於老城新城的交匯處，站於高出一側一覽老城全貌、一側便是新城新景！內部設施也是目前蒙城最高端的酒店配置，也許是新開業一些軟件服務上還需完善！早餐不錯很有地方特色，給個贊！再接再厲！以後回蒙城就這兒！

1. 要是有小朋友不會有漏電的風險？這也太説不過去了吧，挺好的房間整這一出。
2.房間味道較大。
3.前台態度一般，甚至有點冷漠。感覺很不好。

離店後又來住啦，酒店幫我保留了喜歡的房間，看得出酒店在設計和設施上都是花過不少的心思的，能感覺到酒店對員工的培訓也很用心。下次還會入住。

蒙城新開的酒店 硬件設施比較新 前台服務員非常熱情 接待員主動拿行李👍🏻房間舒適乾淨 旁邊就是大商場非常方便 體驗感極好 這個價格對於一個五星級酒店那是相當合適 下次還會選擇👍🏻
