酒店外觀不錯，沒有早餐廳，房間設施已經比較陳舊，節假日出遊，服務人員晚上已經下班，床單沒有及時更換，希望貴酒店能提高軟硬件服務水平。

房間的空調不是很好，第一間房馬桶漏水，換了一間，兩間空調都很小，要開很久才會涼快，一開始我還以為空調都壞了，服務員説每間房都是這樣的。衞生間打掃的很不過關，第一間房間馬桶臟的都發黴了。早飯基本沒啥選擇。

我去出差住了5天4晚，首選環境還可以，早餐一般，一成不變，唯一我想問一下的是4天沒有一天是換過床單被套是什麼原因？而且天氣也很熱，不想再去住第二次了

酒店周邊環境還可以，窗户不隔音晚上很吵，衞生很敷衍，漱口杯有遺留的牙膏漬，地板灰塵，置物櫃很灰還有蜘蛛網，衞生間的香皂盒有煙灰就沒有打掃過，衞生很無語，前台態度惡劣，硬件設施還可以，酒店佈局雜亂！

硬件不錯，軟件不行，訂兩天房退一天都要扣費，甚至要扣完，又不是當天退。半夜酒店跳閘手機沒充上電，附近衹有勐巴拉景點，其他都是40分鐘車程以上

#好評#對房內採光滿意；#負評#對防治蚊蟲措施，隔音失望；1、前台服务人员在办理入住的短短2分钟时间内一直在打哈欠。
2、窗户锁全坏，房间临街隔音较差。
3、客房服务人员未敲门直接刷卡进入。
