第一天入住 前台就一個人接待 説給她姓名 還把姓氏搞錯 WiFi需要姓名驗證 怎麼輸都不對 電梯需要刷卡 説再製一張房卡 告知沒有多餘的房卡 訂房説的 什麼水果 禮品根本就沒有 第二天去前台拿東西 換了客服 也不交接清楚 直接一臉懵 説拿房卡 根本就不知道 房間的冰箱很小 衹有冷藏 停車位也是 超級小 而且很少 拿行李都不方便 反正不夠完善吧

新修的酒店，走廊有一點味道。整體很乾凈整潔，服務態度好。有地下停車場但是車位有限，也可以停路邊。價格和質量成正比，性價比高。周邊吃的也挺方便。比較安靜不吵鬧。

酒店位置不錯，周邊吃飯比較方便。到望天樹景區，磨憨口岸和中科院熱帶植物園都不是太遠。
酒店有自己的地下停車場，停車很方便。
酒店服務不錯，房間乾淨整潔，設施較新，雖然仍有裝修的味道，但是影響不大。這次入住我們總體滿意。
