房間設施陳舊，靠牆的桌子搖搖晃晃無法使用，陽台牆皮脱落，洗浴間衹有60公分寬度，進去洗澡無法轉身，提供的一次性的廉價拖鞋沾水以後在衞生間裏和衞生間的門口的瓷磚地面上需要扶着牆走，不然無法正常走動，飲用水是沒有封口的自灌小桶裝水，也不知道是不是純凈水，反正桶口邊緣有厚厚的水鹼，試着倒了一杯水，發現掉落很多黑色的雜質，也沒敢飲用，找前台要瓶裝水，説是需要收費的，沒辦法花了10塊錢買了5瓶水，倒是平價的沒有因為景區亂漲價，整個酒店當天可能就我們一間房住宿，因為院子裏就我們一輛車，我看到的是晚上除了大廳亮燈以外，其他房間和所有的走廊一片黑暗，都沒有開燈。早餐是前台給點的外賣，上午8點半左右去取的時候，好像我們取早餐有點晚了，粥和雞蛋都是涼的，一根油條兩個雞蛋一杯南瓜小米粥，帶了點鹹菜還沒給筷子，沒辦法衹好洗洗手用手捏着吃的，沒有辦法周圍沒有其他飯店衹能這樣了，中午退房時找不到前台服務員，等了一會沒有人，因為需要趕路就把房卡放在前台了，以上是酒店的真是狀況。下面説一説感受，中秋節住了三個酒店，體驗感是最差的，也是我近十年以來住過的最差的酒店，我是攜程的老會員了，不知道攜程為什麼會讓這樣品質的酒店入住平台，而且還排在第一位置，真的是太令我失望了。價格還這麼貴，最令我後悔的就是到店以後沒有看看房間就直接辦理交款入住了，如果能先看看房間，我會果斷放棄的。

就離譜 晚上辦理入住電話打了好幾遍前台沒人 辦入住時説要把身份證押在前台 果斷拒絕。
開眼界了 用的開了封的桶裝水 水生銹 看着好惡心 見圖片 礦泉水一瓶最多一塊錢吧都不捨得放 窗簾是壞的 強烈要求下換了房間 仍然是桶裝水 仍然水質噁心 隔音超級差換房後懶着折騰了 設備老舊 衞生間一股下水道的異味 唯一的好處是景區就在隔壁 之前看着攜程的好評入住的 但是不明白好評怎麼來的 照片為證 第一次差評 當時帶着孩子又是晚上不方便折騰換酒店

酒店位置很好，與景區入口衹隔一道柵欄，很是方便。經理待人很熱情。酒店的規模不小，停車場很大，經常接待旅遊團，散客比較少。在餐廳衹吃了兩頓早點，還可以接受。房間設施年久失修，隔音比較差，好在性價比較高。

酒店比圖片更大氣，更有檔次。房間山景，室內寬敞，毗鄰雲蒙檢票口，周邊蒙陰炒**眾多，院內停車方便，服務熱情細緻，早餐供應可口，該酒店為來雲蒙旅遊優選酒店。

設施：比較陳舊，之前應該是比較高檔的，時間久了沒有維護看上去比較陳舊

可惜了酒店這麼好的景區位置，和最普通的農家樂住宿條件差不多，住宿很簡陋，也不算乾淨。所謂自助早餐油條限量1根被雷到了，提供的水是開封的應該是用大桶農夫山泉的桶裝的不知道是不是自來水沒敢喝。服務人員態度挺好，硬件和軟件實在需要升級了。

位置離雲蒙景區很近，挨着金剛門，停車方便，服務設施在當地還算不錯的。印象最深的就是我們多來了幾個人吃早餐，問怎麼收費？結果人家來了一句:來的都是客。讓人很温暖。住這兒還一個好處就是下山時玩漂流，不怕等的時間晚。

房間設施陳舊，電視不能用，沒有大燈，床頭燈還拆了一個，是怕費電嗎，水龍頭放出的水是黃色的，洗髮水沐浴露還用礦泉水瓶裝的，最不能容忍的是屋裡還發現了蟑螂。唯一優點就是酒店在雲蒙景區入口附近，省了停車費，僅此而已，再也不會來第二次。。
