The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The room was cleaned well, but the room was quite bad because I stayed 5 days and I didn't change my shoes/towels any day or clean the room. The staff were fine, but the services leave much to desire, I had a problem with the hotel key and in no of the telephone numbers that had been able to help me, I had to seek accommodation and the reception is inoperative from 00 to 00 8:00, which seems inappropriate and illogical because in the face of disadvantages or unforeseen you feel impotent and ignored. I think there are many aspects that you should take into account, change and improve.
