Good location in stunning Menton. Lovely female staff: Delphine & Zohra - basic but very clean & quiet rooms: 322, 323 (unless your neighbours are noisy) Comfortable beds, good pillows, hot water showers (tiny but manageable if you’re pedantic with the shower curtain 😂 excellent coffee, (sink plugs don’t work) (My cousin and I liked the Richelieu - my Aunt not so much! - so after first night in Richelieu my Aunt changed to the gorgeous Hôtel Miléade L’orangeraie - in a lovely room with a balcony - amazing view, with a bath, same street opposite side, identical Price)

C’etait parfait! We were meeting up with extended family and used this hotel as a base for a few days. Hotel is well run and cared for, the breakfast is most delicious when eaten outside in the sunny garden under the lemon trees. Setting is most convenient for the train (French trains are reliable, clean and not expensive), close to restaurants (would recommend Little Italy for lovely Italian food and Le P'tit Resto for lovely French food) and shops. Most people speak very good English but I was thankful for their patience as I tried to speak as much French as I could remember from school!

This hotel is located within walking distance from menton garavan train station. Consider staying here if you are arriving by train. As part of the budget end of the accor plus group, members of the accor group get discounts upon booking. The price is reasonable for hotel rooms during the busy menton festival period. The hotel rooms are decorated in a simple , modern, no frills manner . The rooms are kept clean by its housekeepers. The service desk staff is prompt & courteous. Buffet breakfast with a supply of crispy crossiants is cheap at euro 7.50 per person. The hotel assures the safety of its guests with CCTV installation on its premises. The gate is locked at night & guests can enter with a code no. My only grumble was that on night of the night parade, there was no more buses or trains to menton garavan anymore. Taxis were not readily available that day. I had to walk 25mins from city centre back to the hotel . Overall, I will recommend this hotel for providing clean, affordable rooms with good service.

very nice apartment, the sun, in the morning, the impeccable air conditioning, small problem the parquet floor becomes worn, and parking problem,,, but otherwise everything is impeccable good reception from Madame Rose to remember for a future reservation

Needless to say, the location is right by the sea, the hotel's environment is OK, living at the beach feels very comfortable, the service has to be divided, some really serve very well, some love it, the room we book is ordinary The room is very small and personally feels that health is not good.

Siamo stati ospiti presso questa struttura per 2 notti. Il personale parla abbastanza bene l'italiano e sono stati da subito disponibili e gentili. L'hotel dispone di un ottimo servizio WF per potersi connettere, la pulizia è ottima e le camere sono ben arredate e con gli spazi necessari. La TV penso sia un 32” e dispone di una cassaforte in camera. Colazione ricca e abbondante con prodotti di prima marca. Abbiamo ricevuto anche dei voucher per poter usufruire del pranzo o della cena. Unica nota per migliorare, il letto matrimoniale erano due letti accorpati e la TV solo due canali italiani che non si vedevano bene. Tutto sommato non sono cose fondamentali e si può tranquillamente farne a meno.

Had to stay in Menton for a night due to Italian railway strike. Best diversion ever. Not only is the town itself wonderful but this hotel was a real find. Clean, great facilities for travelers and in an ideal location. The breakfast had a large choice and was all very fresh. The little lobby area offers fresh lemonade which is a refreshing option after a day in the sun. What made this hotel five rated for us was the terrific, helpful staff who understood our predicament and went out their way to make our short stay as comfortable as possible. As a result, we hope to visit Menton again in the future so we can spend more time there. We will hopefully manage to book this excellent hotel.
