Four stars that haven't sparkled for a long time! They were probably shooting stars. Bedding from another time, dated rooms, soundproofing close to nothing, impression of living with neighboring guests, questionable cleanliness of the common areas, minimalist breakfast. Service in line with the rest, transparent. Post-communist atmosphere of the 90s in hotels in Eastern Europe. Why are there so many fake reviews at 10 when customers rate it between 2 and 7/10?

Hotel does not deserve its 4 stars. Aging building. Dirty bathroom. Dilapidated floor. Horrible bedding (you can feel the springs of the mattress), no soundproofing (I can tell you that the neighbor brushed his teeth), minimalist breakfast, in short, to be avoided!

I was in this hotel for a wedding reception and I must say that I had a great time, they organized everything very well and down to the smallest details. The location is suggestive and well looked after, both the internal part, the dinner part and the external part with lawn and swimming pools. The staff, what can I say: fantastic. Despite all that we were up late until 4 in the morning, people who raised their "elbow", who dived into the pool etc. They continued to be professional, kind, helpful and tireless. In the morning they were all already operational and ready to fulfill our every request, always with a smile. For this reason alone it deserves 5 stars! The room was ok and I slept great! I will gladly recommend you to friends and family. Thanks again!!!
