This absolutely the worst stay of my life! Woke up to find roaches in the bathroom went to let front desk know..not only was he asleep...he got upset started yelling screaming and cursing at me...my husband tried to resolve the issue bc I couldn't bc I suffer from ptsd..only to have the clerk call my husband a N word and tell us we probably bought the roaches with us..then proceeded to tell us that if we don't like the room to leave right now...(it was 2am I had my 4 yr old..and live 4 hrs away)

Everything was great. Service at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Our bathroom light flickered a bit but it was not a big deal. Bed was clean and comfy. Had some loud guests in the middle of the night, but again, it happens. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the ladies handling the food line were friendly and very sweet to us. Thank you.

The location is next to the state fair, so Uber is not easy to get. The environment is good and there is a park inside. Sanitation and facilities are comparable to domestic two-star hotels.

Clean room but doesn’t feel safe all doors open 24/7 and weird people in the halls smoking in every different times
