The hotel staff is definitely beautiful, but many things remain unclear. At such a price (not cheap for Merida) the pool was a terrible mud color - we did not risk climbing, such a dirty pool in Mexico I haven 't seen anywhere during my trip. The shower is outside the room, which is not very convenient, such rolling only on Bali on villas) Also the hotel has no free parking - not very pleasant, it is not expensive, but simply unpleasant. There is a parking nearby and could agree with them and pay for their guests for 8$ per night, it would look much more friendly. Also in the room turned off the water on the last day and there was no possibility to wash the toilet for several hours it is just a wild 😂 In general, the hotel is beautiful, but not very convenient, I wouldn't stop yet. Although local staff are very hard, there are no claims to them, they are rather to the owner who cannot drive the hotel to mind.
