There are both pros and cons to this hotel. Service by phone and at the hotel was excellent. Situated right in the heart of the historical part of the city walking distance to everything, you couldn't want for a better position. We had a family room, which worked great. End room so no noise and 2 big windows. Reception is un attended between midnight and 8am which is fine and we were told so no problem, however did find it strange thst we were not given an emergency number. The bedrooms were clean, large bathroom however only 1 mirror. Really needs a full length mirror in the bedroom. There is WiFi which works well in reception but did not reach our bedroom. The room on the first night was freezing but on the second night was incredibly hot and we could not get the ac to work so just opened the windows. If you come by car there is nowhere to pull over outside the hotel as there are bollards so you need to hold up traffic while you un load but this did not seem to be a problem. Considering the location of the hotel I thought it was well priced. The hotel is comfortable and beautifully decorated would stay again due to the location.

Es un hostal moderno y muy cómodo, si no fuera porque no tienen servicio de comidas/desayunos parece un hotel. Recomendamos aparcar unas calles antes de llegar porque justo cerca del hostal está más complicado. Hay cerca varios sitios para desayunar y cenar, si tenéis dudas, preguntad en recepción que son muy amables. Puntos a favor: - Tiene ascensor. - Está muy cerca del anfiteatro y del teatro romano. Puntos que se podría mejorar: - Sería bueno que cuando ponen 3 camas todas tengan posibilidad de entrar de lado a la cama, en nuestro caso pusieron dos camas pegadas a la pared y la de la izquierda solo podías entrar por los pies de la cama (ver foto).

Escribo aquí mi opinión visto que Google no me públicó - la verdad que este es un hotel a cinco estrellas 💫💫💫💫💫 como limpieza - servicio de recepción - muy bueno el café de las máquinas y las meriendas - muchas gracias por todo - es muy agradable estar aquí muchas gracias céntrico al lado de los más importantes monumentos - muchas gracias lo aconsejo sin dudas

Fatal el servicio de limpieza dejo mi ventana abierta siendo un bajo y daba al patio .no recomiendo .me queje y ni disculpas .entrada por ventanas y salida por la puerta .me falta cosas.asi por aquí lo expongo me parece un poco vergonzoso calidad precio carísimo

El hotel estaba muy cerca de todos los sitios, céntrico. Terraza interior de fácil acceso. Habitación amplia, las camas muy cómodas. Todo bien menos la primera noche que tuvimos hormigas en la habitación. Personal muy amable, nos trató muy bien.

La situación no podría ser mejor: cerca de la calle comercial, del Anfiteatro, de la Plaza de España, de los puentes..., en una zona tranquila, pero con muchas opciones para comer y para comprar lo necesario. No puedo decir nada sobre la limpieza, porque no pedí que me hicieran la habitación, pero lo que me encontré estaba bien arreglado. Dispone de máquinas expendedoras de café y de aperitivos en la planta baja y plazas de garaje. En definitiva, muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Mérida têm um valor muito grande. Foi onde passamos a nossa lua de mel É depois de tanto tempo resolvemos voltar. Escolhemos o Hostel Emeritae. Por ser no centro. Por ter um preço dentro da nossa bolsa. Pelas críticas. Foi uma boa escolha. O lugar é super bom. Bar na frente. Super na esquina. Muito perto. Outro um pouco mais em baixo. Perto de algumas das atrações da cidade. Pois Mérida é um museu a céu aberto. Ficamos num quarto muito bom. Limpo. O banheiro não é grande. Más confortável. Tinha um pequeno terraço. Com cadeiras é uma mesa de exterior. Com ar condicionado. Uma boa TV. A única coisa a dizer é sobre o sabonete tanto de mão como pára o banho. Tivemos quê comprar um. Têm máquinas de bebidas é outra de café. Quê por pena estava estragada. O pessoal é super simpático. Recomendo.
