Pretty poor experience. The hotel looks nice from the outside - but the rooms are old and worn, the beds are broken or sunken, and there's spiderwebs and dead mosquitoes in corners. The place just feels rundown. What's more, the manager is pretty rude - it was quite difficult asking to change rooms and his attitude the entire time felt like he was doing us a favour letting us stay there. There are better value hotels all over Merida.

Freshest pool, nicest owner with so many good Mexico trip and Merida general advices and suggestions, happiest employees, clean big rooms with hot shower. Really a very nice place to stay, almost felt like being home ☺️

We stayed here for 5 days. It is family own hotel. I love all the decorations, unique door, beautiful color. It is safe beautiful and close to popular attraction. Breakfast is good serve by owner. Try ham cheese omelette. Room is clean and quiet with room service every day. Laundry service is a block and half away. Oxxo which is small store is 2blocks away. You can walk to main church and take horse riding around town. Free Parking on park side or fee parking spot half block away. They have drinking water for you to drink. Don’t forget to sit and relax by the pool and order special beer from Diego. Our daughter loves swimming pool. We feel pretty safe here. They took covid precautions serious so all staffs are wearing masks properly and hotel is super clean. Oh and the price is very affordable!!!!!

Charming and comfortable hotel, close to Centro and very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were plain but immaculately clean. Mattresses and pillows were comfy (I am picky sleeper!). A very nice breakfast is included. Close to a couple of great restaurants.

Un hôtel de famille en plein centre ville. C est extrêmement propre et l accueil est très professionnel. Tout le personnel que nous avons croisé sont au top! Le gérant parle français et nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter les environs. Les Chambres sont propres et très agréables. Elles sont simples oui comme on peut le lire dans certains commentaires mais il y a tout le nécessaire utile pour y séjourner. Nous étions avec nos 2 enfant qui ont également bien profité de la superbe piscine très très bien entretenu! Bref on a été concquis! Une belle adresse Sans oublier le petit dej bien copieux et local! Un regal
