Pool was closed for the foreseen future. Only reason we chose this place was for the pool. Wouldn't refund our money so we could go next door to theirs. Employee actually suggested go to a different hotel and just walk in and use their pool.

The pictures show a decent hotel for a quick weekend away and then you show up to what looks like an outdated motel 6. Sounds like if you upgraded to one of their “suites,” you could get some modern features but that was definitely not advertised. The pictures of the seasonal pool are highly exaggerated and someone should be paid extra for the angles they were able to capture to make it look anything more than the oversized spa size it was. No reviews of that because it was closed but we only found that out after check in. Only plus side is that the beds were nice and comfy.

Initally we were denied access to check in because I forgot my ID (my bad) we stated that we could change the reservation to my husbands name (same last name) easily. The Front Desk staff (Jay) was very helpful and said that should not be a problem. As soon as the words came out of his mouth a manager came around out of the back room and stated that it was too late to make that change and we were out of luck. I offered to get a photo copy of my ID and still get the reservation change but was told that since it was through a 3rd party site we

Our sink would not drain. The shower really needs updated as it really didn't look clean? I feel it likely had been cleaned but is so old it looked bad.

Horrible customer service. The guy up front seemed annoyed when we asked a question or let him know there was somethings wrong on our room. He didnt seem happy with his job!!!!!!

When we were checking in there was a family in front of us that was asking for another room because their room smelled. The front desk was telling them they could not give them another room. I’m not sure why because the hotel was definitely not full. Our room did not smell. It was clean. Old but clean. They served breakfast but we didn’t want to even check that out because of the conditions of the hotel. We did not use the shower. It just didn’t look right. We were booked for two nights but left after the first night and took our losses.

Room was a little dirty The check in was good. Room size excellent if you stay in the king suite. Bed comfortable. Busy street and intersection so road facing rooms are a little noisy. Our room was not cleaned very well. Crumbs all over the floor between the couch and coffee table. The next morning when I went to take a shower the shower was dirty with hair stuck to the shower wall and shower curtain. The shower wall also had dirty finger prints on it. The extra sheet that should have been folded on the shelf was wadded up so I assume it was probably used. We didn’t need it anyway, but there was definitely a lack of attention paid to the room cleaning. I informed the person when we checked out so hopefully they did a better job for the next person! KJ’s restaurant next door is really good. Great service, good food!

Meridian, ID Pillows need to be replaced & breakfast wasn’t good. Bed is comfortable aside from pillows. Hotel in a good location.
